Macellaio RC invites Londoners to roll up their sleeves and immerse themselves in the art of authentic Italian cuisine with its Tiramisu, Pasta, and Butchery Masterclasses.


Hosted in the heart of the West End, these experiences offer a hands-on, flavour-packed evening, ideal for team socials, client entertaining, gifts, or unique date nights. The tiramisu masterclasses are led by expert chefs and bartenders and begin with the story behind Italy’s most iconic dessert. Guests learn to layer espresso-soaked savoiardi and create perfectly whipped mascarpone, all while sipping wine and uncovering the origins of the name tiramisu - literally translating to “cheer me up.


The butchery masterclass offers  a behind-the-scenes journey with Macellaio’s Executive Chef and Head Butcher, exploring the art of dry-ageing, selecting premium cuts, mastering timing, and pairing wines with rich, flavourful meats. This three-hour workshop concludes with a full three-course Italian meal, served in the dramatic setting of our in-house butchery.


Finally,  the pasta masterclass, craft pasta from scratch and discover the secrets of the perfect tomato and basil sauce in this full-sensory culinary experience. The experience ends with a communal dinner, where guests enjoy their handmade dish paired with wine.
