This isn’t just a demonstration, it’s a full-on, flour-dusted, hands-on experience. You’ll make your own fresh pasta from scratch, guided by our expert chefs, using the finest ingredients and traditional techniques.

While your pasta rests, we’ll take you through the art of crafting a perfect tomato and basil sauce. Then, gather around the table to enjoy your handmade dish in a relaxed, communal dinner, paired with a glass of red or white wine.
